Shipping policy

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Brussels. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier, but typically: 

 

 

• Belgium: 3–5 business days
  

• Neighbouring countries (France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg): 3–6 business days

• Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

• Outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, UK): 5–10 business days
  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, customs).

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Here’s an overview of our current rates:

• Belgium: €7.50
  → Free shipping on orders over €150

• Neighbouring countries (France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg): €8.50
  → Free shipping on orders over €150

• Wider EU countries (Austria, Italy, Spain, etc.): €10.00
  → Free shipping on orders over €200

• Non-EU countries (Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom): €13.00
  → Please note: Customs duties or local VAT may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
